Fundraising Support Groups

Our dedicated support groups are constantly organising events to help fund the vital services we offer to patients and their families.

Make a difference with Evora Hospice Support Groups

Across Armagh, Down and Tyrone amazing people are giving their time, energy, and enthusiasm to support local people living with cancer — and we couldn't do what we do without them. Our incredible Support Groups and dedicated Friends are the driving force behind many of the events and activities that raise vital funds for Evora Hospice.

Our Support Groups are well-organised and passionate people – who work in teams, meet regularly and are committed to hosting a wide range of events throughout the year. Meanwhile, our Friends are individuals or small groups who choose to hold one or two fundraising events whenever it suits them — every effort makes a real impact.

From coffee mornings and sponsored walks and runs, to music nights and collection days, these wonderful people put their creativity and community spirit into action. Not only do they help raise much-needed funds, they also act as proud ambassadors, spreading the word about the vital work we do.

Becoming a group member or friend is about more than fundraising — it’s about shared purpose, fundraising, new experiences, and learning new skills. It’s about coming together to support your community and make a difference, one event at a time.
