Midnight Memory Walk 2026

Evora Hospice is proud to announce the annual Midnight Memory Walk 2026

Celebrating 18 years of this beautiful event!

Join us as we celebrate our Annual Midnight Memory Walk, on Saturday 26th September 2026 at 11pm. This event has been very kindly sponsored by our friends at McKeevers Chemists.

Join the Hospice this September on this meaningful walk to remember and celebrate the lives of loved ones and help raise the funds needed to provide local Hospice care for those who need it now.

Starting at St Colman’s College Newry, this 6km family walk has become a very special event for both the local community and the Hospice. On the night, there will be poignant music from the Choir Studio and warming refreshments, provided each year by Courtneys. Those attending will also receive a memory bib to wear and to state who they are walking in memory of. The Hospice’s Memory Wall will be in situ on the night so that people can place a dedication for their loved one for all to view.

This year the Hospice needs to raise an incredible £4 million of the more than £6m needed to run its services. The Midnight Memory Walk has become a much-needed source of income. The money raised from last year’s event helped to provide over 47 hours of Hospice care to local people and their families and will have made such a profound difference to their lives.
