🎄 Evora Hospice Winter Warmer Raffle 2025 — Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
The Evora Hospice Winter Warmer Raffle 2025 is promoted by Evora Hospice, St John’s House, Courtney Hill, Newry, Co. Down, BT34 2EB, a registered charity in Northern Ireland (Charity No: NI038737). All proceeds support Evora Hospice’s compassionate care and support for local people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
- Eligibility
Open to UK and Northern Ireland residents aged 16 or over. Employees of Evora Hospice, or anyone directly involved in the raffle’s administration are not eligible to enter. By purchasing a ticket, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Entry Details
Tickets cost £5 each.
You may purchase multiple tickets — each entry has an equal chance to win. Entries open on Friday 8th November 2025 and close at 11:59pm on Monday 15th December 2025.Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw.
- The Prize
£1,000 worth of home heating oil (from SAFE Fuels) or a £1,000 cash alternative (winner’s choice).The prize is non-transferable and no other alternatives are available.The prize has been generously sponsored by SAFE Fuels.
- The Draw
The draw will take place on Thursday 18th December 2025.A digital random draw will be conducted under supervision by Evora Hospice staff. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw. The winner’s name and town may be published on Evora Hospice’s website and social media channels, unless the winner requests anonymity.
- Use of Funds
All funds raised will go directly towards Evora Hospice’s care, family support, and community services, helping to keep the warmth of compassion glowing throughout our community.
- General Terms
Evora Hospice reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the raffle if circumstances arise beyond its control. The promoter’s decision is final and binding on all matters relating to the raffle. By entering, participants agree that Evora Hospice may use their personal data to administer the raffle and share updates about future fundraising activities (unless opted out).Personal information will be handled in line with Evora Hospice’s Privacy Policy. This raffle is operated under the Small Society Lottery regulations of the UK Gambling Commission.
