Nurses come to your home at night to help you and your family.

They manage symptoms, give care when needed, and help you cope at this time. The service is available from 10pm to 8am every night, all year round. It is for patients in the BT35 and Newry City Area.

The team is made up of local nurses from your community.

Who can access Out of Hours Nursing at Home?

Referrals are accepted from patients, family members / carers, general practitioners (GP’s), and qualified medical professionals. Learn more in our admissions and referrals section.
